Stone Systems have recently been awarded a 9000 square meters of EXTERNAL & INTERNAL facade cladding in a PORTUGUESE MOLEANOS LIMESTONE WITH 5000SQ/M ON BLOCK 1 & 4000SQ/M ON BLOCK 2.
We are working with Henry J Lyons architects and JJ Rhatigan to complete this PRESTIGE project WHICH HAS BEEN RESERVED BY AMAZON.
UPDATE AUGUST 2022 ~
THE STONEWORK TO BLOCKS 1 AND 2 IS NOW COMPLETE.
Stone Systems HAS ALMOST FINISHED COMPLETION OF the stone facade with 9000 sq/m of Natural stonework on the Clyde Waterfront in Glasgow by McAleer & Rushe. The stone facade selected is Black Granite to 2 levels at the base, with 15 stories above of White Creme Limestone & Textured Sandstone mix.
Working with Leach Rhodes Walker project Architects and McAleer & Rushe main contractors, the existing stone facade to the Customs House built in 1840 will be retained. A 4-star 296 bedroom hotel for the Delata Group & 162 bedroom Aparthotel for Adagio will be constructed behind and to the side of the existing building.
STONE SYSTEMS ARE DELIGHTED TO CONFIRM THE EXTERNAL STONE CLADDING WORKS TO THE BEDFORD SQ PROJECT ARE NOW COMPLETE.
THE STONE SELECTED IS A NATURAL EUROPEAN SANDSTONE TO MATCH THE EXISTING EWART BUILDING, ORIGINALLY CONSTRUCTED IN 1870 FOR THE BEDFORD ST WEAVING COMPANY WHICH IS BEING RETAINED & REFURBISHED. GREY GRANITE IS BEING USED TO ENHANCE THE TOWER BEHIND.
TODD ARCHITECTS HAVE DESIGNED THIS ELEGANT ADDITION TO THE BELFAST LANDSCAPE WITH MCALEER & RUSHE AS DEVELOPERS & MAIN CONTRACTORS.
On the back of the successfully completed Three Park Place, Leed Platinum building in 2018 & Earlsfort Terrace in 2016 for Clancourt. Stone Systems have been awarded the stone facade to Four Park Place.
Another beautiful design by BKD of 237,000 sq/ft Office Development on the site of the Old Eircom building from the 1970’s. A slender stone pillar design plays with the glazing panels with 2500 sq/m of Natural stonework facing onto Adelaide Road, Dublin 1.
The stone selected is an elegant white grey granite with a textured finish. SSL are delighted to be working with BKD project Architects & John Sisk & Sons.
THE STONEWORK FACADE IS STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 2022 AND THE PROJECT IS SCHEDULED FOR COMPLETION IN Q2 2023.
Stone Systems have been awarded the new children’s hospital in Dublin. This project has 10,000 square meters of external granite facade cladding. We are working with BAM construction and DBP Architects on this prestige project which is due for completion in 2021.
UPDATE JULY 2022 ~ 75% OF THE STONE FACADE IS NOW COMPLETE WITH PROJECT COMPLETION PLANNED FOR Q4 2022.
